Jackson Square, New Orleans Let’s be real, for a moment. For years, the only reason why the subject of New Orleans would ever come up in polite society was because it served as an effectivepunchline to highlight the failure of the Bush years. The citizensof New Orleansare finally waking up to the lip service being paid to their needs. Wasn’t President Obama supposed to fix New Orleans and put right one of the major failures of the Bush years? Harry Shearer is wondering just that:
